Technology

Our Carbon Fiber parts are made using state of the art technology. We hand cut the carbon fiber and lay it in precision cut steel mold to ensure perfect fit and minimal trimming. The sheets of carbon fiber is covered with a layer of bonding agent before the male and female parts of the tools are closed. 

      

We then use high pressure presses and heat to fuse all of the layers of the carbon fiber together ensuring a perfect bond. Our carbon fiber parts will not delaminate. Using this process also reduces the number of layers of carbon we're using keep the weight down while creating a very stiff construction.
